and many others role for famously depicting the girl next door .See her movies and you would see a sensuous buty wrapped in a roll which she is depicting.As far as i am concerned and my film knowledge is upto, she is a excellent actor.I have seen most of her movies and each and everymovie is different from the past films and role from modern girl in Mai Hoon Na to the traditional lady of Vivah.Watch the movie shikhar and you will see another face of the great lady who evokes a new thought in your minds each and every time you watch her movies. Atleast i do not doubt her skills and i feel she is the best actress along with Katrina Kaif(another my favourite).Her portrayal of character of a women in love with a frredom fighter in The Legend of Bhagat Singh to the lady eloping with the hero in Deewar to the women working for the welfare of the tribal people alongwith the fellows in Shikhar.This movie displayed the coming of Land Culture(acquisition) skills used by the corporates and the method they cna adopt to fulfill their appetite of earning moneyHer portrayal of a lady helping the "GURUJI" in his noble mission of making a barren land into a valley of water and greenery.Then in the same movie she becomes a lover who helps her friend to recover and start the noble mission of providing land to the landless persons of the community in the tribal area. Her all movies are excellent except one or two(as i feel ) and one peace of advice to you amu please live upto the expectation of your fans and do not do mallika acts .we dont need two mallikas in the industry.Best of Luck for your future and HAPPY BIRTHDAY..................celebrate this day with great fun....

CDS ( I ) 2009
12 th june 2009
the birthday of my friend ashu and the day i got the my cds result.
I was not at all interested in using the internet yesterday but since i was not doing any work on it so i thought of opening the upsc website to check if the cds feb results were out so i just opened the website yesterday.....to my surprise the results of the cds exam were out and i opened the webpage dedicated to results of the cds exam and put down my roll no in the designated box......and the results were as follows

this is not a no. of my course but this is an idea given to me by Indian Air Force to come and make friends at Dehradun and enjoy something great atmosphere prevalent in that great city.
when I gave my cds exam in september( might be on 15 september) i was not sure of my selection because of my previous experiences with the NDA.although i have got 99 questions out of 100, correct in mathematics but due to fear in GK and english i was not sure of my selection.But after coming from kanpur after gving exam of FMS delhi. From where i came to know that cds results were out,from navin of kaushambi.I checked my results on 14th jan 2009 where i came to know that i have cleared the CDS II 2008 examination being conducted by UPSC.
I was rather funny and the result was even more amusing because i have prepared hard for CAT,IRMA,JMET and FMS but I was not able to clear any of them but i haven,t prepared anything for cds which i have cleared.I was very happy that atleast i have something to gain amidst all those tragic losses. At the start of the february i got a letter from
INDIAN AIR FORCE
to come to dehradun and attend the SSB interview over there.they called me on 26th of feb and my mind was on the seventh sky in terms of the excitement and i was ready to go over there and just have fun time over there.I never read any book related to ssb,so i thought that it really does not matter to me that whether i get selected or not but whatever i gain would be will be mine pure profit (shudh munafa). I booked UPASNA EXPRESS which was scheduled to come to Lucknow junction at 7:30 hours and was scheduled to reach dehradun by 18:35 hours.I got up early in the day as I have to board the train and reached the station 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled arrival of the train but Train itself was late by 40 minutes.
When the train arrived at the station I boarded with the train with great enthusiasm of getting a chance to live as a military personal even if that is for few days.I met with a uncle who was sitting infront of me along with his family. During the conversation I came to know that they belonged to Durgapur and were going to Moradabad.They had a child who was 14 years old and who was a very mast type of people.He was very frank and extremly humorous.He wanted to became a fighter pilot and listening to me that i was going for the same,we became good friends We shared a great rappo with each other and made that boring travel into enjoyable.His name was Aditya Mishra. the boring passage of train journey was converted into enjoyable till the train arrived at moradabad railway station where that family left me and went to meet their relatives. I got his landline phone no. and we still remain in contact and make fun of all the variety things attatched to life.
then I started talking to a aged person who was working and going to dehradun for his office related job.He himself told me that he was 63 years old and was extremely fond of books and wines.He told me his views on various topics and his idea of
HOW TO LIVE LIFE not JUST PASS OF LIFE
He shared his ideas of adding years to life and live life passionately.He told me about the various places that were falling on the way and their history too.He has resided in Uttarakhand so he told me about the various place to visit and see in dehradun and Uttarakhand.
Thanks for those captivating thoughts and inspirational Words which you said.
Finally I reached Dehradun at around 7:30 pm.Earlier I have never visited Dehradun earlier but i was confident that I can easily get a place to pass off night because IAF personals will only take us to the centre only on the next day at 0700 hrs.
I asked for the dormitory at the railway station since i thought that this will be the best option,but no place was available in it.So I came outside the railway station and called my family back in lucknow from a PCO since we were not allowed Mobile phones in the SSB centre.Then I again returned back to the MCO office,which was a military office within the railway ompound to ask about whether they have any arrangements for us.There I found 3 boys (Gentlemen Cadets) they all had also came there for IAF eighter pilots. There we searched few hotels which were either full or were very costly.Then we searched dharmshalas.No rooms were available too all four of us..So we decided to just pass off our nights in the waiting room since it was already 9:30 pm by then.We four just went into the waiting room and the waiting room at dehradun railway station was superb and the facilities were excellent.In the night some more of our friends join in.a person later came and he told us that he was running a placement organization in Patna so we all said that even if we don’t get aselected over here we are rest assured that we can get placement.We called him dadda He is very good person and during the night time he told us famous humongous jokes prevalent over there.While we were having a chat among themselve there was a person who was sitting next to me,later on when i chatted with him i came to know that he was a blind person having exquisite knowledge of astrology.His name was Mr. Chandra Mohan and he lived in Chakrata near dehradun and he was there to board the morning train to delhi the next day.He told me that my fortunes are not in my way at present but if you want to do GOOD in these turbulent times then he told me some remedial measures to perform to overcome these testing times.He said that that there will be two black dogs outside the dehradun railway station and i should give them any sweet things even few pieces of biscuits would work.We all just had fun and joke riot after that and our shawls were too small to fight against that cold of these winds so we all had a chilled night there after,we all slept around 3 am and I woke up at 6:07 am.We all just had our daily routines and packed our bags to move to MCO office which is outside the Railway station.
when we went outside the railway station we first went to nearby canteen where we purchased tea and snacks to fill our stomach and get energy so that we remain alert in this heavy duty test of becoming a FIGHTER PILOT.I bought 1 packet of cream biscuits to fed to the black dogs as suggested by Mr chandra mohan.to my surprise they were there and just roaming around the railway station.
We all were standing near the canteen then the airforce bus arrived at the station there were 5 armed force personals with the staff of their transport system.They called on us and said to stand in single lines and take our call letters out in our hands so that they can verify our details.They called us by our nos written on our callup letters to which we have to callout our names and date of birth so as to verify ourself then we had to step out and show them our Callup letters on which they would ask us to sit in the bus.
There were 80 out of us who have been there out of 148 being called up.
We reached 1AFSB (Air Force Selection Board) around 7:45 am.The driver said to us just get down and move along with the person who was standing over there who will take us to the seminar hall.
we were all made to stand in a rows and a squadron leader came who addressed us before entering the seminar hall.He asked us to callout our names and roll nos once again.Here we were all alloted chest nos small and black in colour.I was alloted the chest no 6 and then all of us were allowed to go inside the seminar hall.
they asked us to sit inside the test room and asked us to bring our documents one by one for the verification purpose.After the verification process each individual was asked to move towards the temporary cafetaria which was there where we were served with the tea and bread toast.
After that we were asked that if any of us have qualified PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test) earlier those who said yes were said to go out of the room so that those who have not cleared the PABT might be provided a chance to clear the test.Let me tell you one thing that it is once in a lifetime test and if you are pass then you are IN else you could never make int IAF as fighter pilot so its really fascinating to think that what ever will be the result of it.
then the test started the wing commander (he was a real smarty and was very intelligent) showed the various physical instruments which are used in the normal functioning of the aircraft .after he showed us the working of it and how calculation were to be made we were provided with the question paper (on which it was written in bold CONFIDENTIAL) and a answer sheet on which circles were made first he showed us with the 6 instruments on which 16 questions were there and later he told about 2 more instruments in which 45 questions were there, but there the tragedy happened with me .I thought when he has showed 6 instruments he said to solve 16 questions , and when he showed the 2 more i expected we need to solve the answer sheets only first pages i completed them and ws relaxing when i suddenly saw that others were solving the next page f the answer sheet i too started solving so i hurriedly solved the next page answers but i left the last 5 questions so i thought i might not clear the PABT.after the copies were selected we were asked to move towards the residential area where we were supposed to live.We were made to stand in a line on that sunny afternoon of dehradun.we were told about the rules of that place. then we were assigned rooms i was assigned room 3 along with 10 other persons (definately on separate beds no bad intentions man).then we were served with food , (disciplined involved over here come in line and the persons designated for the job was serving the food to us).After that we went into room and asked others abot what were their name and from where do they belong(we were not taking interviews but just asking )
then the famous ring of that placed disturbed us and we started assembling at the designated place(it was just outside our rooms) we were told to step out as the roll calls will be called among 80, only 25 mames were to be called and fortunately i was also among them to be called.we were then asked to move along with Sunil sir who was there to look after us .He took us to the special room built for simulation test here a wing commander showed us the working of the battery test .In the battery test we were used to use
right hand(for movement of the levers to control the ball)
left hand (to move the lever on seeing the light on the screen red meant lever goes backwards and right meant lever goes forwards)
thumb(specifically to press the button on hearing the ring)
legs(to direction and swing in left right direction)
ears (to listen the ring)
eyes(definately)
ths was the first part of the test it was quite tough who havent played computer games but it was easy for me ....and te second part of the test was ver easy we only had to align the circle to the ball falling from above.
we were provided 3 chances and only the best chance was used to count.
after the test were over we were asked to go to our respective rooms .the first i did after coming to room was to go for a shower so as to relax for the next activities.
